Ok…. ok. It’s not THE CIA–it’s not the Central Intelligence Agency. I’m talkin’ about The Culinary Institute of America! Yum, yum! They had a fund raiser at Pier 60 last week. I was hired by the florist, Helena of Florea, to document the floral arrangements, other details, and the overall ambiance. Helena’s team did an amazing job! The color scheme was Amber but I really liked how richly layered the colors were. Very nicely done! Pier 60 is another one of those fabulous Abigail Kirsch locations. I always wondered if there was really an actual Ms. Abigail Kirsch. What if it was started by somebody totally different? Like a retired boxer named JoJo who who could throw down in the kitchen! Wouldn’t that be awesome?! He, he, he….
