Engagement Session on Lower East Side

Anita and Aru are getting married this summer and I can’t wait! It’ll be a very busy day but I’m looking forward to every minute of it. These portraits were in the area in and around the Lower East Side of Manhattan. Tompkins Square Park and the East River Park. In processing some of my favorites, I tried some techniques using the High-Pass filter.
Yes these are skateboarders in the background–I”ve been wanting my own since last fall. Maybe this summer….
